MADHAV PUFOAM PRIVATE LIMITED is an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer of high quality luxurious rebonded foam. It has set up a world class manufacturing facility at KHARKHODA, SONIPAT (HARYANA) with an annual capacity of 5,000 tons. The plant is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and uses some of the latest equipment such as a Modern Enterprises Plant and many other machines. The company is spread over 2.5 acres (12000 sq. yd. approx.) with two working sheds for production facility with 15 meter block handling system and cutting shed with high class cutting machines.

MADHAV PUFOAM PRIVATE LIMITED has been promoted by Mr. VIPIN JAIN, who has been in the industry for the last 35 years. With his extensive knowledge & expertise in the foam industry, we have acquired the capability to manufactured a huge ambit of rebonded foam like ERA Rebonded Foam Block, Asta Rebonded Foam Blocks, Royal Rebonded Foam Blocks, etc, that have the highest quality standards.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mr. VIPIN JAIN was born in 1965 in Delhi in a very simple living family. After finishing his Graduation from DELHI UNIVERSITY, he started his business as a trader in foam industry in the name of BANSAL SALES CORPORATION in Delhi.

After the experience of 25 years in foam industry, he setup PU Foam manufacturing facility in the state of Haryana in the name of MADHAV COTEX PVT LTD in 2011. In 2019, he and his son ISHAAN JAIN planned to establish REBONDED FOAM MANUFACTURING facility in HARYANA in the name of MADHAV PUFOAM PRIVATE LIMITED.

Unfortunately, Mr. VIPIN JAIN passed away in 2021 due to Covid-19, but his vision and dream to become the leading manufacturer in foam industry continues. With his immense experience and expert knowledge and his blessings, the company worked harder and become the leading manufacturer of rebonded foam products in INDIA.

Mr. ISHAAN JAIN was born in 1988, done his schooling from St. Xavier school in Delhi and after completing his M.B.A. from G.G.S.I.P University, he joined his family business in 2010. In the beginning, he was into sales and marketing and gradually came into industrial part of business. Now he is one of the directors in MADHAV COTEX PVT LTD and MADHAV PUFOAM PVT LTD.

In MADHAV COTEX PVT LTD he handles factory operations and In MADHAV PUFOAM PVT LTD he handles finance, productions and customer relationship. He has very good relationship with all the dealers and distributors of the company.
